New Chancery building to house the Embassy of Samoa in Brussels
The Samoa National Provident Fund / Government of Samoa has purchased a new Chancery building to house the Embassy of Samoa in Brussels at Avenue Commandant Lothaire 1, Etterbeek.
The Provisional Sales Agreement was signed on 31st March between the owner of the building and Ambassador Luteru on behalf of the Government of Samoa. The Sales Deed was signed on 26th May 2014 after the Samoa notary had completed the normal legal requirements in Belgium. The newly purchased Chancery and the official Residence are two properties in Brussels now owned by the Samoa National Provident Fund / Government of Samoa.
