The Ambassador of Samoa, HE Fatumanava III Dr Paolelei Luteru was part of the ACP Ambassadorial Mission to observe the harmonised national elections of the Republic of Zimbabwe held on the 31 July 2013. The mission was a response to an invitation from the Government of Zimbabwe for the ACP to observe their national elections.
