Chairperson of Committee III: Gatoloaifaana Amataga Alesana Gidlow

The 45th ACP  Parliamentary Assembly and the ACP-EU Inter-Sessional Meetings of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly were held in Brussels, Belgium from 21 to 24 March 2017.  During the ACP Parliamentary Assembly, parliamentarians and representatives discussed the role of sports as a catalyst for education and poverty eradication; the rights of migrants; strengthening science and technology in ACP countries and, improving access to basic health systems.  Hon. Gatoloaifaana Amataga Alesana Gidlow (MP) is Samoa’s representative to the Parliamentary meetings and is also the ACP Chairperson of the Joint Committee on Social Affairs and the Environment.
